The Oral Liquid / Syrup / Suspension Manufacturing Plant system consists of a closed-circuit manufacturing facility, from feeding the Sugar/ Water phases to loading the Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine. It consists of the following items: Capacity: 500 Liters to 15000 Liters 

  • Liquid sugar syrup vessel offering no vibrations of the shaft
  • There is no coupling in drive assembly that provides for lower maintenance costs of manufacturing and storage vessels
  • Liquid sugar syrup vessel offering no vibrations of the shaft
  • All contact parts are SS 316 and non-contact parts are SS 304
  • SS 316 construction-based pipes, inter-connecting piping
  • Pipes and fittings with seamless, internally electro-polished finishes as per DIN standard and unions
  • Designed for internal vacuum to facilitate the transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessels
  • Melted sugar is transferred to the manufacturing vessel through an online bag filter
  • Syrup is transferred to the storage vessel through a filter press
  • Entry of all propeller agitations is from top or bottom through a specially designed mechanical seal face
