BD(Business Developer)

AK Dezigns, a leading company in the IT industry, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for finding and securing new projects for the company. • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Present company services and offerings to potential clients
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay updated on market developments
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proven track record in business development or sales is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

The salary for this position is not fixed. Instead, it is based on a profit-sharing model. The selected candidate will receive a 20% share of the profit generated from the projects they bring to the company.
